In participant tab on order you can add/remove participants or set them to finished/active.
Finish:
Select the participant under order participants and click finish in the menu to the left.
Participant will then get finished icon to show the new state.
Activate:
Select the participant under order participant and click activate in the menu to the left.
Participant will then get active icon to show the new state.
If the participant is mobile user the order will be sent to user.
Add/remove participants:
To add new participants to the order, you need to find the participant in the list of Available employees on the right side.
You can use the search panel (1) to search by name or departments.
Once you have found the new participant in the list, mark the person and use the move buttons (2) to move the person to the left list of order participants.
If a participant is in the list of order participants and needs to be removed, do the opposite. Mark the participant (only possible if the participant has not activated order on mobile) and select the button that indicate move right.
The double arrows indicate to move all persons in the list.
