How do I find historical orders in the order list?
By default, the order list only shows active orders. To include historical (completed) orders:
- In Handyman Office, go to the Order module (CTRL+F1)
- In the search field, click the globe icon
- The list now shows both active and historical orders
How do I find historical orders in the Service module?
To see all orders related to a specific site or piece of equipment:
- Go to the Service module (CTRL+F6)
- Navigate to the relevant site or equipment
- Select Order history
The order history shows both active and historical orders for that site or equipment. Historical orders are not marked separately in this view — all orders appear in the same list.
How do I find historical orders in the Customer module?
To see all orders for a specific customer:
- Go to the Customer module (CTRL+F2)
- Open the customer record
- Go to the Order or Order history tab
