How to enable historical orders in the resource planner

Why are historical orders hidden by default?

The Resource Planner shows active and planned orders by default. Enable historical orders when you need to review past assignments — for example, to check an employee workload history or investigate scheduling patterns.

How do I enable historical orders?

1. Open Resource Planner in Handyman Office
2. Click Settings in the toolbar
3. Enable Show historical orders in the calendar
4. Click OK

Historical orders now appear in the calendar, typically in a different colour to distinguish them from active orders. The setting is saved per user.
