Why are historical orders hidden by default?
The Resource Planner shows active and planned orders by default. Enable historical orders when you need to review past assignments — for example, to check an employee workload history or investigate scheduling patterns.
How do I enable historical orders?
- Open Resource Planner in Handyman Office
- Click Settings in the toolbar
- Enable Show historical orders in the calendar
- Click OK
Historical orders now appear in the calendar, typically in a different colour to distinguish them from active orders. The setting is saved per user.
