How do I add a task in the Resource Planner?
- Open the Resource Planner (navigate to Orders → Resource Planner → Show).
- Find the order in the order panel.
- Drag it to the desired employee row and time slot.
- A task is created automatically for that employee.
How do I add more participants to a task?
- Right-click the task in the Resource Planner.
- Select Add participant.
- Choose additional employees from the list.
Participants added here also appear on the order's Participants tab in Handyman Office and receive the order on their next synchronisation in Handyman Mobile.
