What is before you start?
- Handyman Mobile version 3.0 or higher must be installed on your device.
- Your administrator must have activated the new login on the server.
- You need a unique email address — this becomes your new login identifier.
What is step 1 — Create your Identity account?
- Check your email for an invitation from GSGroup Handyman Identity.
- Click the link in the invitation email.
- Enter your email address and create a password for your new Identity account.
- Complete the account setup and confirm your email address if prompted.
What is step 2 — Log in to Handyman Mobile with the new credentials?
- Open Handyman Mobile on your device.
- On the login screen, select Sign in with Identity (or the new login option shown).
- Enter the email address and password you created in Step 1.
- Tap Sign in. Handyman Mobile synchronises and opens normally.
What do I do after migration?
Once you have signed in successfully with your new Identity account, Handyman Mobile syncs and opens as normal. If you have Handyman installed on multiple devices (up to 5 per licence), repeat the login steps on each device. See Use Handyman Mobile on multiple devices.
