When working on tasks on an order, you can use the top menu to show the office what you are currently working on by tapping one of the icons at the top of the menu, based on what you are doing right now:
- Not started — if you tapped incorrectly or are not allowed to create new tasks yourself
- Started — you are working on the task but have been sent to another one; this status is set automatically if you start a different task
- Pause — used when taking a break
- In progress — used to inform the office that you are actively working
- Done — used when you have completed the task (or all tasks on the order)
What happens when you tap Done?
When you tap Done, you will see a confirmation screen. You have three options:
Tap Yes to finish the order completely and send it back to the office.
Tap No to finish the order participation without marking the full order as done. You will then be able to:
- Write a task note (what still needs to be done)
- Set it as a reminder
- Schedule it for tomorrow
