How to register material on an order
- Open the order from the order overview and tap Material
- The following screen is shown
- Material registered on the order
- Material previously registered/installed on the installation site or equipment
- Add material
- Use scanner to add material
- Tap the blue plus icon in the bottom-right corner
- Search and tap the material you want
- All materials
- Favourite materials
- Item bundles
- Search field
- Add a non-existing item (e.g. miscellaneous items)
- Add a non-existing item by scanning
- Enter the quantity and tap OK in the top right
- The material has been added
How to search for material
Tap the search field in the material section and type the article name, article number, or supplier code. Results are filtered in real time.
How to scan a barcode
Tap the barcode scanner icon next to the search field. Point the camera at the barcode on the article for automatic identification.
Choose which store to pick from
When you tap +, choose the source for the material:
- Car stock — pick from your own car stock
- Internal store — pick from a department or main store
- Favourites — your personal list of up to 100 favourites
- Most used — Handyman automatically tracks your 100 most-used items
