How do I add image documentation?
- Open the order.
- Go to the Documents tab.
- Tap +.
- Select Add picture (from gallery) or Take picture (camera).
- Optionally add a description or caption to the image.
- Save.
Images added to the order are stored as attachments and appear in service reports and documentation printed from Handyman Office.
What is more document types and cloud storage?
In addition to photos, you can attach PDFs, Word files, Excel files, video clips, audio recordings and files from Dropbox or Microsoft OneDrive to an order.
