What does the order overview show?
The order overview is the first screen you see when you open Handyman Mobile. Each order row displays:
- Filter tabs — Switch between different views of your orders
- Order number — The unique identifier for each order
- Workplace name — The name of the site where the work takes place
- Order description — A brief summary of the work required
- Customer name — The customer the order belongs to
- Workplace address — The address of the work site
- Planned start and end time — Scheduled times for the order
- New order button — Create a new order directly from the overview
- New personal appointment button — Create a personal calendar appointment
How do the filter tabs work?
The tabs at the top of the order overview control which orders appear:
- Default — Orders currently assigned to you
- Internal — Internal orders (not linked to an external customer)
- Available — Orders that are unassigned and available for you to pick up
- All — All orders you have access to
How do I open an order?
Tap anywhere on the order row to open the order and view its full details, register work, add materials, and complete tasks.
How do I access quick actions for an order?
Tap the three dots on the far right of any order row to open the shortcut actions menu for that order. Quick actions typically include starting, finishing, or rejecting the order without opening it first.
