How do I finish my order participation?
You can finish your order participation in two ways:
Open the order and tap the three dots (Page menu) in the top-right corner, then select Finish order
— or —
Tap the checkbox button at the bottom of the order screen
What do the warnings mean?
When you tap Finish order, the system checks that all required items are complete. Warnings appear as:
- Yellow triangles — Something is recommended but not strictly required. You can still finish, but review the warning first.
- Red crosses — A required item is missing (for example, a mandatory service form or checklist is not completed). You must resolve these before you can finish.
Tap any warning line to go directly to the item that needs attention.
What if I am the main participant?
If you are registered as the main participant on the order, a message may appear stating that finishing will also finish participation for other participants still assigned to the order. Only confirm this if you are certain all other participants have also completed their work — this action affects all remaining open participations on the order.
What happens after I finish?
Your participation is marked as complete. A synchronisation starts automatically to send your completed work to Handyman Office. The order may remain visible in your order list until synchronisation completes, after which it moves to your order history.
