How do I start a task?
Tap the hamburger menu icon in the top-left corner to open the Navigation bar
Tap My tasks
- The service form appears showing all tasks currently assigned to you
- Tap the task you want to work on
- Tap Start to begin the task, or Go to order to open the full order details first
Once you start a task, a timer may begin (if your configuration uses timers), and the task status changes to active. The order opens so you can view all details, register materials, add descriptions, and complete service forms.
What can I do once I am on an order?
From the order screen you can register hours and costs, add materials, upload photos, fill in service forms and checklists, add descriptions, and view customer and site information. See Order details — what can you do on an order for a full overview.
What is the difference between My tasks and My orders?
My orders shows all orders assigned to you. My tasks shows the individual tasks within those orders that are specifically assigned to you. An order may have multiple tasks assigned to different participants — My tasks only shows yours.
