How do I finish a task?
- Open the order from your order list
- Tap My tasks inside the order
- Select the task you have completed
- Tap Finish (or the equivalent action in the task menu)
The task is marked as finished. It remains visible in My tasks with a completed status.
What is the difference between finishing a task and finishing my order participation?
An order can have multiple tasks assigned to multiple participants. Finishing a task marks your specific piece of work as done, but does not close the order or your participation in it.
When you have completed all your tasks and are certain you will not need to return to the customer, you should also finish your order participation. This signals to the office that your involvement in the order is complete.
What if I have multiple tasks on the same order?
Finish each task individually as you complete it. Only finish your order participation when all your tasks are done. If other participants still have open tasks, they manage their own participation separately — finishing yours does not affect theirs.
