What time registration methods are available?
Handyman Mobile supports multiple ways to register time:

| Manual registration | Enter hours, or an exact start and end time, directly on the order. |
| Timer (stopwatch) | Start a timer when you begin work and stop it when you finish. See Register time using the timer. |
| Planning suggestion | If your company uses the Resource Planner, Handyman suggests the planned hours for the day — just confirm. |
| Quick list | Save frequently used registrations for fast re-use. See Set up quick-lists for faster hours registration. |
| Copy from a previous day | Copy an entire day's registrations from an earlier date on the same order. |
| Copy a single entry | Duplicate one individual time entry from any earlier date and adjust it for today. |
| From the travel log | Use data from the electronic travel log (Kjørebok) to register driving time, kilometres and toll charges. |
How do I register time manually?
Open the order from the order overview and tap Hours & Costs.
Press the blue plus icon in the bottom right corner.
The time registration screen opens:

This row shows your time registrations for the past week across orders, broken down by day, with running totals for the week and current day. - Select the cost element (cost type) from the dropdown menu.
- Enter the time duration — or enter the exact start and end time, which updates the duration automatically.
- Write a description in the Info field. Use the dictionary icon to insert pre-set phrases if configured.
- Tap Add to save the entry. The form resets so you can quickly add another registration.
- Tap Cancel when you are done.
How do I switch between orders without losing time?
Tap Pause on the active timer on the first order, then open the second order and start a new timer. Return to the first order and tap Resume when ready.
How do I edit or delete a registration?
Tap the registration in the Hours & Costs tab, then edit and tap Save, or tap Delete. You can only edit registrations that have not yet been approved in Handyman Office. Once approved, contact your coordinator.
How do I register absence or internal time?
For time not related to a customer order — such as sick leave, holiday, meetings or training — your company will have internal orders set up. The Absence shortcut in the main menu provides a faster way to log holiday and sick leave. See Registering absence and Use internal orders for admin time and absence.
How do I access Hours & Costs from a service form?
If your company uses the Resource Planner, a shortcut to Hours & Costs is available directly from the service form.
