Configure order entry preferences in Handyman Mobile

In this menu you can set preferences for entries you make on orders.
You can choose a default amount for materials added to orders.
You can choose what cost element to be automatically chosen when recording hours on orders.
Time intervals for date and time change the suggested value for cost elements and how the work timer rounds off the recorded time.
You can choose if Handyman Mobile will remember the date entered when you make multiple entries.
Default start time relative to previous stop time only affects cost elements that use the timer function.
Show employee number affects the display in the Hours Summary, the list of Hours and Costs, as well as the Participant list in the order.
Show cost element number affects the display in the Hours Summary and the Hours and Costs in the orders.
Copy customer address to work location when selecting customer can be turned off if the customer has multiple sites besides their main address.
Show in Order Summary allows you to choose what elements appear in the Order Summary report. Date, material price, supplier for the material, article numbers, participants, the start and finish date for the order, and whether or not to merge cost elements and materials of the same type.
Collapse checklist when opened changes how checklists appear in Handyman Mobile. Any subdivisions of the checklist has to be expanded before you can start filling out the individual points.
Name checklists automatically with timestamp affects any checklist added to an order in Handyman Mobile.
