In the configuration for the department is configured continuous time registration (=TMS) may be activated if a license for TMS exists.
Using TMS, the earliest start of the next time registration created via timers is the end of the previous time registration.
If the stop time for the previous time registration has been set to the wrong value (e.g. in the future) you is blocked in further time registration: No time you can enter via TMS until the timestamp has been reached.
In such a case please please proceed as follows:
- Identify the incorrect time registration - e.g. by consulting the users time sheet
- Check whether the ERP-integration accepts sending the same time-registration a second time.
- Contact GSG Handyman Support and ask them to unlcok the incorrect entry
- Once this is done, correct the end-time of the entry in Handyman Office
- De-acivate the license of the mobile user
-
The mobile user shall synchronise again and authenticate himself again
Now the earliest start of the next start day event in TMS is the corrected timestamp from step 4.
