Service forms allow users to document measurement values. Handyman allows to define an equipment-specific reference value for each measurement value.
1. Enable reference values
First, define a service task that
(1) requires a measurement value or a task of type "Number"
(2) where the option "Can be used as reference value" is active
2. Define reference values
When editing a service form in a service order, the user can set a measurement value as reference value:
(1) Enter the measurement value
(2) Check the checkbox "Set as reference value"
The same functionality is available in Handyman Mobile.
3. Use reference values when entering new data
Previously stored reference values for the equipment are shown when the same service form is filled again for the same equipment:
The reference value and the deviance is also shown on the report for the service form.
The same functionality is available in Handyman Mobile. Here it is also possible to see a graph for the measurement value and the reference value:

Edit service tasks immediately gives indication of deviation, and adds possibility to set new reference value. |
