First, define a service task that
(1) requires a measurement value or a task of type "Number"
(2) where the option "you can use as reference value" is active
How do I define reference values?
When editing a service form in a service order, you can set a measurement value as reference value:
(1) Enter the measurement value
(2) Check the checkbox "Set as reference value"

How do I use reference values when entering new data?
Previously stored reference values for the equipment appear when the same service form is filled again for the same equipment:
The reference value and the deviance is also shown on the report for the service form.
