What does the Orders section contain?
Your job list — all work orders assigned to you. Tap an order to open it and start registering work, materials, time and more. See Understand what you can do on an order.
What does the My tasks screen contain?
An overview of your assigned tasks across all orders. Tasks can be created in Handyman Resource Planner or directly in Handyman Mobile. They appear in your calendar and can trigger reminders.
What does the Timers section contain?
Register time using a stopwatch — start a timer when you begin work and stop it when you finish. See Register time using the timer and Use continuous time registration (TMS).
What does the Absence section contain?
Quickly log holiday and sick leave for one or multiple days. Handyman automatically creates one entry per working day and skips weekends and public holidays. See Registering absence.
What does the Hours summary section contain?
Generate a timesheet showing all your registered hours, with filters for period, order type and more.
What is materials and stock?
Manage your vehicle stock, perform stock counts, and create purchase orders directly from the app. See Manage your vehicle stock, Order materials from suppliers, and Perform a stock count.
What is equipment?
A list of all equipment and installation sites your user has access to. See Find equipment visible to you, Tag and scan equipment with NFC, and View live equipment position on the map.
What does the Customers section contain?
An overview of all customers available to you. Tap a customer to see their details and contact information. See Work with customers and contacts in Handyman Mobile.
What does the Quotes section contain?
Create, send and manage quotes for customers in the field. Prices are calculated automatically using the customer's contract rates. See Create and send a quote from Handyman Mobile.
What does the Events section contain?
Pre-configured events for the technician to act on or dismiss. Completing an event can trigger automated SMS or email notifications to customers and colleagues. See Automate notifications with the Events module.
What is travel log (Kjørebok)?
