Invoicing permissions
Two new permissions are now available in the user profile, allowing you to control who can create invoices and who can finalise them.
The invoice list also shows which user created the invoice and which user finalised it, providing better visibility and traceability throughout the invoicing process.
Custom reporting
It is now possible to create custom reports related to customers, equipment, and stores. This provides greater flexibility in presenting the information that is most relevant to different users and their specific needs.
Ready for WEB Order Approval
Added support for the upcoming WEB Order Approval solution. This includes several updates to the database. Some places in Handyman Office can be used to control the new options like Invoice address for customer and profile settings to access the new solution. More info to come later.
Other improvements
- Cost price is now visible in all material registration lists
- Sending Email to many recipients will now be sent one by one to avoid sending replies to all receivers
Integrations
- Service orders and Invoice orders will now be exported immediately in our standard integrations
- Support for new Salary export integrations to be triggered from the Hours Approval Module
