Highlights

• New options
  • New option on Checklist points and Service tasks to allow to automatically fill with values from last visit on Handyman Mobile.

Checklists and Service Forms

There is now a new option on each point in a checklist or a Service task to allow automatic filling the value on Handyman Mobile with the answer form the previous visit. 

The configuration of this option is done in the checklist editor and the service task editor.

The automatic filling will only happen when a Checklist or Service form of the same type is connected to the equipment. 

This functionality is supported from Handyman Mobile version 2.21 that will be released soon. 

Sending Reports and Documents by e-mail

It is now possible to select all relevant contacts from the order when sending reports or documents by e-mail. Click on the "To" and "Send copy to" fields to add recipients.

To remove a recipient, click on it and use the delete button or the backspace button.

Boligmappa (Norwegian service)

Improvements to address search in Boligmappa dialog.

• Owner information was not visible when searching for addresses in Boligmappa
• Street number is not required to be in its own field to get address match

Resource planner

Improved manual sorting for resources: Saved searches now store the sort-order along with the filters for the resources. If manual sorting and filters for resources shall be used together, we recommend using saved searches.

Service module

• Order name rules defined in a contract will also be applied when creating manual service orders.

Invoice

• Manual Invoice export is now supported for our Cloud customers
   

Configuration

Department

• Department order number counter can now be edited
• Removed setting to record seconds in continuous timers

Checklist

• Faster loading of checklist templates

Other changes and improvements

• Internal components for reporting, lists, and more are updated. Some new features exists.
  • Export reports as SVG image. Scalable image for use in web-pages or similar use.
  • All over performance improvements

Integrations

REST API

• REST API is now separated form Handyman Office, which makes it possible for us to update our standard integrations more independent of Handyman Office releases
• Fixed issues with importing installation orders invoice orders connected to contracts
   

XML API/integration

• Always makes sure that order import with relation to site/equipment creates all necessary data in the database
