Editing of synced Hours & Cost
A new option (in Configuration-Company-Order) to allow editing of synced Hours & Cost is added. This gives mobile users the ability to edit their synchronized registrations for a period of time on active orders.
The option is not available if you have the Hours Approval module activated.
Allow negative stock level in Mobile
A new department setting (Handyman Mobile page), decides if users with own stores can add material registrations to an order form their own store, that results in a negative stock value. The setting is on by default, which is the behavior in previous versions of Handyman.
Other changes
- Automatic E-Mail delivery with parameter @2 was sent only to the main participant, but not to all participants
- If parameters is was used in auto-email, then fixed addresses was not supported
Resource planner
Estimated hours visibility
Estimated hours specified on the order is now available to be visible in the order list, and can be added to the task info and the task tooltip.
Distribute order duration on selected participants
When adding participants to an order using the "Add participant" function, you now have an option to divide the order period (From start to end) equally on each participant. This is handy when participants are working together on the task, so that the task can be performed faster then one participant could manage.
