Report viewing
For Cloud users there is now a new way of viewing reports that is much faster. The reporting system have been optimized so that reports are executed on the server. This will make the report visible many times faster than in the previous version.
This option will be activated successively for each company in the coming weeks.
Resource planning
The tasks in the timeline view now have dynamic height so that all the text on the task is always visible. This makes it much easier to spot the task you want to focus on.
We have rearranged the setting screen so that all options is visible without scrolling.
It is now possible to set "Agreed with customer" on tasks in Handyman Mobile. Any new task, or task from the office without this turned on can be changed on Handyman Mobile,

Other improvements
- We have updated the default settings for new users of the Resource planner to make it easier to start using the Resource planner.
- Department is added to the order list
- Order creation date is added to the order list
Checklists and Service forms
Mandatory picture
It is now possible to set the rule on a checklist point or service task that a picture is required to complete the point/task.

NHO Checklist updates (Norway only)
A new revision of the NEK400 standard will be effective from 1. July 2026. Related to that, NHO Elektro have updated several checklists to comply with the new standard NEK 400:2026.
You can now download the updated checklists form the configuration. We have now added the date for when a checklist template was uploaded so that is easy to see the updated checklists.
Orders
We have done some improvements to the Order list:
- Department is now available in the order list. This is useful for filtering and grouping when you have access to orders from several departments
- In the equipment tab on the order, we now display the site address for the equipment
- In the "Change many orders" function you now can change free order status for all the selected order in one operation
Boligmappa (Norway)
- Building number is now visible in Boligmappa list
- We have add a waiting indicator to avoid user cancelling before the result is ready from Boligmappa
Configuration
User
New setting to allow mobile users to transfer an order to another person. The person will be the new main participant on the order.

ABAX Triplog Configuration
Handyman Mobile is now having ABAX Triplog as an option for the Travel log functionality. To use ABAX Triplog with Handyman, you need to contact ABAX to get the necessary authentication keys for you company. These keys must be entered here in Handyman Office.
Each user of ABAX Triplog must be activated using the Setting on the user.

Integrations/API
- Checklist point setting for mandatory picture is supported in REST API and XML
- Tripletex / REST API - Main participant could change "randomly" on a order.
- Integration will be updated immediately after Office release
Other features
- Information bar from login dialog is now visible in the Handyman Office toolbar next your login information
- New login flow: Entra only.
- Customer Hub is now supported with new login flow.
- Event module - last order description is now available to include in e-mail or SMS message.
