Change a user's password in Handyman

Who can change passwords for other users?

Any Handyman Office user with access to Configuration → User can change passwords for other users. Access is controlled by user profiles — contact your system administrator if you cannot see you menu under Configuration.

How do I change another user password?

1. Go to Configuration → User (CTRL+F7)
2. Select you
3. Click Change password
4. Enter your own password to authenticate
5. Enter and confirm the new password for you
6. Click OK

The password is updated immediately. Inform you of their new password.
