What are department documents?
Department documents are files you make available to all Handyman Mobile users in a specific department — work instructions, safety procedures, manuals, or any other files field workers need on site. Documents are pushed to mobile devices during synchronisation and you can access offline.
How do I add documents for a department?
- Go to Configuration → Department
- Select the department
- Click the Documents tab
- Click Add to upload or select a file
- Click OK
Documents are included in the next synchronisation for all mobile users in that department. To remove a document, select it and click Delete.
