Which credentials does API Connect use?
The Business Central Extension connects to Handyman using the Handyman API Connect service. This connection requires a username and password.
You can use any user that exists in Handyman Office — no special user rights or group memberships are required for the API Connect user.
How do I set or change the password for the API Connect user?
Passwords for Handyman users are managed in Handyman Office. An administrator can change any user's password by going to Configuration → User, selecting you, and updating the password.

What if the connection fails with an HTTP 403 error?
