Highlights

• New feature for easy break/lunch registration on Handyman Mobile

    (This feature is a part of the New Handyman Mobile 3.0 version)

Configuration

Department

Settings for the new frature on Handyman Mobile 3.0.x to quickly enter required registrations for documenting pause. The settings include the Cost Element to be used, connected internal order and default values for notification and duration of the pause.

Orders

New order wizard

The order category dropdown have been modified to make it easier to find the desired order category when creating new orders. When writing in the filed, the search is now looking for the text anywhere, and not just the start as before.

Hours approval module

• Changed sorting of hours to use start date instead of internal id

Other improvements

• SMS From event module failed if there were spaces in the phone number
• In some cases users could not be deleted because of related data
• Order category filtering on Equipment order history list on Handyman Mobile received too many orders from the server

Integrations

Boligmappa

• Only maximum 10 owners was found in big buildings

   

REST API

• Fixed automatic contract selection for imported equipment. Now it will only apply when order is new. Also a new option to exclude certain contract types is available to configure manually in the database.
• Only update contract reference on order if provided by the ERP
• Preferred technicians on equipment will only be added when order is new and no participants are specified from the ERP
   

XML API/integration

• Fixed problem where import of appointments did not result in correct dates on participant and order unless participant was sent as main participant
• Automatic update of work address on open order was not always handled correctly when site address was changed from the ERP
