Service Management improvements
- Many changes have been made to the Service Management module in this version including:
  - Detailed history for service tasks on orders, same way as on mobile
  - See time per visit when creating serve contracts, and in the service plan
  - New setting to hide index regulation details on contract invoice
Order list
- Calculated column with total hours spent on an order to easily compare with estimated hours
Now supporting the new Boligmappa REST API
We are now showing last login time for Office users to document who and when Office was used

Service Management module

Detailed history for service task on an order

Now it is possible to see all previous answers in a service form on an equipment.

For each task, you can now se the list list of previous answers, and also have a graph representation for numeric data. If there is a reference value connected to the task, this will also be shown in the graph.
In the same view you can switch tab to see all previous services reports connected to the selected equipment

Hide index regulation detail in contract invoice

A new setting control how each line in the contract invoice is specified.

With the setting off, two lines will be created in the invoice

One line with the original contract fee
One line with the addition for the current period showing both the start value and current index value

With the setting on, only one line is created with the total amount and the current index specified

New columns in contract list and service plan

New columns have been added to the Contract list and the Service plan.

New info in the contract wizard

We now show the estimated time per visit for an service object on a contract. Previously, only the yearly estimated time was visible.

Also, you can now specify an extra estimated time per visit to include in the calculated estimated time when the service order is created.

Order list

Added new calculated columns for total hours reported on order and last date/time for time entry

Note: These two fields are not updated on the fly, but calculated in a separate service called "Calculated database values" that must be enabled in your system. Your system responsible must enable the decide the update frequency for the service.

Compact order Wizard improvements

Added new button to manage documents during order creation in compact order wizard
- Here you can drag documents to the list and by clicking on the checkboxes decide to show or hide the documents from Handyman Connect or Handyman Mobile
Moved buttons for finalising order to bottom of dialog

Internal orders

All orders can now be marked as internal
This feature is available when crating orders or later on after the order i created

Hours Approval module

A new setting is introduced to control wether registrations with 0 in quantity should be visible.

This makes it possible to see that unfinished registrations exists for users.

We are now using the new Boligmappa REST API for connecting to Boligmappa. Boligmappa will retire their old API during the atumn this year.
