Reject mandatory checklist
Checklist can now be set as possible to reject on the mobile. This useful when mandatory checklist for some reason cannot be completed by the mobile user. A reason for the rejection must be entered.

Configuration
- A new category type is introduced for “Reason to reject Checklists”. On Handyman Mobile, the user must select one of these reasons to be able to reject the checklist.
- New setting on checklists - “May be rejected”
Only checklist with this setting on can be rejected on Handyman Mobile.
