How do I access Company configuration?
In Handyman Office, go to Configuration → Company (CTRL+F7). The Company configuration screen has several sections.
What fields are in the General section?
- Installation name — the name of your Handyman installation, shown in system information
- VAT number — your organisation's VAT registration number, printed on invoices
- Language — the default language for Handyman (affects terminology and report templates)
- VAT percentage — default VAT rate applied to invoices
- Unit for driving — kilometres or miles, used in travel log calculations
What fields are in the Address section?
- Address 1, Address 2, Postal code, City, Country
This address appears in the header of reports and on invoices sent to customers.
What fields are in the Communication section?
- Phone and Fax numbers
- Email address — the company's contact email shown on documents
- Additional information in report header — any extra text to include in printout headers (e.g. company registration number)
How do I add a company logo?
The Company configuration screen includes a logo upload area. Click the logo field and upload your image file. The logo appears on printed reports and invoices.
Click OK to save all company settings.
