Receive and view delivery notes in Handyman Mobile

What is before you start?

• Your supplier must support electronic delivery notes (EDI/EHF format).
• Your Handyman installation configure to receive delivery notes from that supplier.

What is receive a delivery note?

1. Open Handyman Mobile and tap Delivery notes in the menu.
2. The list shows all pending delivery notes from your suppliers.
3. Tap a delivery note to open it and view the items listed.
4. Check the items against what you physically received.
5. Tap Confirm receipt to acknowledge the delivery.

How do I link a delivery note to an order?

1. Open the delivery note.
2. Tap Link to order.
3. Search for and select the order the items were delivered for.
4. The delivery note and its items are now linked to that order.
