How do I move a material to another order?
- Open the order containing the material you want to move
- Navigate to the Materials section
- Find the material entry you want to move
- Tap the three dots on the right-hand side of the material row
- Select Move from the menu
A search screen opens. Scroll or search for the order you want to move the material to, then select it.
The material moves to the selected order. It no longer appears on the original order.
What happens if the material has already synchronised?
Once a material entry has been synchronised to Handyman Office, it is locked and cannot be deleted. Moving a locked material creates a negative correction entry on the original order to cancel the original registration, and adds the material to the new order. Both the original and the correction entry are visible in Handyman Office after the next synchronisation.
