Activate new license

How do I activate a new license?

1. Log in to the PC or server where the main Handyman installation is located
2. Open Handyman ControlCenter
3. In the list under Customer Name, select the client you want to enter the license for
4. Click Client License

5. Paste the activation key you received from GSG Handyman into the field
6. Click Send

The activation is now complete. The new license is applied to the selected client immediately.

Where do I get an activation key?

Activation keys are provided by GSG Handyman when you purchase a new license or add license seats. Contact GSG Handyman Support or your account manager if you need a key.

What if the activation fails?

If the key is rejected or the activation does not complete:

• Verify you are connected to the internet — license activation requires an outbound connection to GSG Handyman servers
• Check that the key was copied in full with no extra spaces
• Confirm the correct client is selected in ControlCenter
• Contact GSG Handyman Support if the issue persists
