How do I activate a new license?
- Log in to the PC or server where the main Handyman installation is located
- Open Handyman ControlCenter
- In the list under Customer Name, select the client you want to enter the license for
- Click Client License
- Paste the activation key you received from GSG Handyman into the field
- Click Send
The activation is now complete. The new license is applied to the selected client immediately.
Where do I get an activation key?
Activation keys are provided by GSG Handyman when you purchase a new license or add license seats. Contact GSG Handyman Support or your account manager if you need a key.
What if the activation fails?
If the key is rejected or the activation does not complete:
- Verify you are connected to the internet — license activation requires an outbound connection to GSG Handyman servers
- Check that the key was copied in full with no extra spaces
- Confirm the correct client is selected in ControlCenter
- Contact GSG Handyman Support if the issue persists
