How do I open Handyman Office?
- Click the Windows Start button or press the Windows key
- Type GSG Handyman Handyman Office in the search box
- Click the app when it appears in the results
Handyman Office opens and connects to your Handyman Cloud environment automatically.
What if Handyman Office is not installed?
If the app does not appear in the search results, it needs to be installed first. See Install Handyman Office for Handyman Cloud for step-by-step installation instructions.
How do I log in?
When Handyman Office opens, you are prompted to log in. Handyman Cloud uses Azure AD B2C for authentication. Enter your email address and password, or use single sign-on (SSO) if your organisation has configured it.
If this is your first login or your password has been reset, follow the prompts to set up your credentials. Contact your system administrator if you cannot log in.
How do I keep Handyman Office updated?
Handyman Office for Handyman Cloud updates automatically through the Microsoft Store. When you launch the app and an update is available, you are prompted to install it before continuing. See Updating Handyman Office for Handyman Cloud for details.
