How do updates work for Handyman Cloud?
GSG Handyman regularly releases new versions of Handyman Office for Handyman Cloud, including new features and bug fixes. These updates are distributed through the Microsoft Store.
When you start Handyman Office and a new version is available, a prompt appears asking you to download and install the update. You must install the update before you can continue using the application.
How do I install an update?
- Launch Handyman Office
- If an update is available, a notification appears
- Click Update or follow the on-screen prompt
- The update downloads and installs automatically
- Handyman Office restarts and opens with the new version
How do I check my current version?
Go to the main menu in Handyman Office and click About. The current version number Handyman displays. You can also check the Microsoft Store app listing for the latest available version.
What if I cannot update?
If the update fails or you are unable to access the Microsoft Store, contact your IT administrator or GSG Handyman Support. In some corporate environments, Microsoft Store access may be restricted by policy.
