Service module
Automatic service order generation
We have improved the automatic service order generation so that order are generated according to settings in each contract. Orders will now be created based on this rule:
- Earliest start for order = Next service date - Number of slack days before Next service date
- Number of slack days is decided by the recurrence of the service form and this setting on the contract
- Number of slack days is decided by the recurrence of the service form and this setting on the contract
-
Order creation date = Earliest start for order - Setting for number of days before earliest start
If you have been using a high number for this setting, if may be time to update this so that it fits your routines.
Example
|
When using the option to only use service form with lowest frequency, we now show an Asterix behind the service form that will not be included in an order in a given month.
Other improvements
- We have fixed an issue when using the option that could result in generation of an extra order for some months.
- Ensuring that next service date is updated correct when contract start date is updated.
- The Service Plan will now be updated immediately when orders are generated to avoid displaying duplicate visits.
