Here you define your trade and cost element groups, and assign those groups to your employees for targeted distribution of basic data. Groups are an important part of configuration for mobile users. Every employee who receives a license for a mobile device must be assigned at least one trade group and one cost element group.
Trade groups is a collective term for a selection of suppliers, checklists, dictionaries, article packages, document templates and income categories that are defined for a specific craft or trade, e.g. electricians, plumbers, etc. Users with access to a trade group will access the trade group's defined selection.
Cost element group is a collective term for a selection of cost elements. This group can be a collection of cost elements for ordinary use, cost elements for apprentices, etc.
