It is convenient to set frequently used events as defaults for the categories that orders are linked to.
It is possible to set up events in the categories so that they are automatically added to orders when they are created.
This functionality requires a license that can be ordered through our sales department
Go to 'Category' and select the order category you want to link the event to.
Select the 'Default events' tab and add events from the list to the templates on the right.
