How do I add an Event to a specific order?
- Open the order in Handyman Office
- Go to the Event tab
- Click Add and select the Event template
- Configure any required settings
- Click OK
How do I apply Events automatically to all orders of a type?
- Go to Configuration → Order categories
- Select the service order group
- Select the Event templates to include for all orders in this group
- Click OK
New orders in that category automatically include the selected Events. Existing orders are not affected.
