Why is the travel log not showing?
Even when the Travel Log license is active, the feature must be enabled at you profile level and the device must have location permissions granted. Both conditions must be met for the travel log to appear.
How do I enable the travel log in your profile?
- In Handyman Office, go to Configuration → User.
- Open your profile.
- Find the Travel log setting and make sure it is enabled.
- Save and synchronise.
How do I grant location permissions on the device?
- Open the device Settings.
- Go to Apps → Handyman.
- Tap Permissions → Location.
- Set to Allow all the time for background tracking.
