New login

In this release, we now support a new login system across all our products. We are doing this to improve the security of data and customer accounts. We have created a GSGroup Handyman Identity in Microsoft Azure AD B2C to improve authentication.

3 modes for login is supported

- GSGroup Handyman Identity
- GSGroup Handyman Identity with two-factor authentication (Using Microsoft Authenticator app)
- Your own Microsoft Entra ID (Two-factor authentication, if enabled there)

It will be mandatory to use the new login, but you need to prepare a bit. The first rollout will start when we contact you about when to start. For the rest, new information will be published when you can begin to use it.

Other changes and improvements

Allow multiple Handyman Office sessions on the same machine in Handyman Cloud.

Now you can have several Handyman Office Cloud running on the same PC. 
(This has always been available in on-premises installations of Handyman, so no change there)

Change the customer on the order.

It is now allowed to change the customer on an order in the Office if standard integrations allow for changing the customer on orders. For now, this is limited to Uniconta and Business NXT integrations.
 

Resource planner

The warning when moving a tentative task to another person is removed, making replanning such tasks faster.
