What are the general settings?
This section contains further details about the selected client. Here you can set a password for synchronisation with this specific client to increase security. At the bottom of the window is a list of the modules included in the company licence and how many of them are in use.
How does synchronisation work?
In this section you can specify which elements are included in the synchronisation with the ERP system.
What is back-office system (ERP)?
First, check which type of integration is in use. A file-based connection means that the information exchange uses files formatted for each system to communicate. Folders for file exchange must be defined. If the ERP system does not have a monitoring service that can fetch exported files on its own, you can send a command from Handyman to trigger the import process after an export is complete.
How do I configure integrations?
In this menu you can configure the simple integration functionality. The last section covers the available options for the integration with the ERP system. You can set the number of updates sent to the ERP system, which affects how quickly data is transferred.
What are the user settings?
Pressing this button refreshes all users in the client automatically.
Logging (may be removed in future versions)?
Enabling this log creates logs for the synchronisation server connections. A time and age before deletion must be specified.
How do I manage the password setting?
Here you can set a password for the synchronisation connection to this specific client.
