Why can't an employee log in to Handyman?
Every employee must have a unique email address set up in Visma e-conomic, as this email address is used for logging in to Handyman. If the login fails, check that the employee has a unique email address registered in Visma e-conomic.

Customers are transferred from Visma e-conomic to Handyman. Customer Groups in Visma e-conomic are mapped and imported as Customer categories in Handyman.
How are Delivery Locations handled?
Delivery Locations in Visma e-conomic are synchronized as Sites in Handyman. The Site Name is automatically populated with the customer name.
How are Orders created and registered in Handyman when using Visma e-conomic?
Orders can be created in Handyman Office and Mobile with hours, cost, and material registrations.
How are Products handled between the two systems?
Products in Visma e-conomic represent both Salary codes and Material registrations, and are differentiated by product groups.
