What are the prerequisites?
- Your email address must be unique across the system (one email per person)
- The new login process must be activated by your administrator
- Customers not on Handyman Cloud need a running Handyman API
What is step 1 — Sign up for a GSGroup Handyman Identity account?
You will receive an invitation by email. Follow the link to create your account in GSGroup Handyman Identity.
What is step 2 — Log in to Handyman Office?
Enter your client ID as usual. You will then be redirected to the GSGroup Handyman Identity login. Enter your email and password instead of the old username and password.
Tip: Enable "Remember me" on the first screen by checking the checkbox and completing a successful login. Future logins will then authenticate automatically after entering the client number.
