Fields transferred when transferring equipment/service objects
Business NXT is the master for equipment where a responsible unit is used for this purpose. Which one is used is up to you, and our integration is configured to suit the customer's use.
Equipment can be structured in two ways:
- Flat structure - one responsible unit per piece of equipment, with no relationships to others
- Here, the integration will automatically create an installation location for the equipment
- Tree structure - a responsible unit can have subunits
- The top level will always be an installation location, and subunits can be equipment or installation locations.
- There is no limit to the number of levels. Each object points to its "parent" through the Main unit field
Handyman takes this into account in the integration, making it easy to adapt the integration to the choices made in Business NXT.
NOTE! If the equipment number/ID can contain text, orgUnit 7-12 must be used
