Monitor and process orders from the BC role centre
How do I view Handyman orders in the role centre?
- Open Business Central and navigate to the role centre homepage.
- Look for the Handyman section in the cue tiles area. This shows counts of orders by status (for example: Awaiting approval, Ready to invoice).
- Click any cue tile to open the filtered order list for that status.
How do I process orders from the role centre?
- Click the relevant cue tile to open the order list.
- Select the order you want to process.
- Use the action buttons in the ribbon (Approve, Create invoice, Post, or others depending on your configuration) to process the order.
- Return to the role centre — the cue count updates to reflect the completed action.
