Exclude a line from an invoice

What does excluding from invoice do?

Excluding a registration permanently removes it from invoicing for that order. Unlike deleting (which skips only the current invoice), an excluded registration never reappears in future invoices. Use exclusion for warranty work, goodwill adjustments, or corrections not chargeable to the customer.

How do I exclude a registration?

1. Open the order and go to Invoice
2. Click Create invoice
3. Select the registration
4. Click Exclude

The registration will not appear on any future invoice for this order. It remains visible in the order history.

Can I undo an exclusion?

Excluded registrations can be reinstated. See Exclude or delete registrations from invoice.
