How do I export a Service Order to Handyman?
- Open the Service Order in Business Central.
- In the Home group of the ribbon, click Export to Handyman.
- The order is transferred to Handyman and will appear in the order list.
What data is exported?
The following data is included when a Service Order is exported to Handyman:
- General — order header fields including customer, order number, and order details
- Your reference — the customer reference field
- Order comments — any comments added to the order
- Lines — order lines including items, resources, and costs. Problem area, problem code, and symptom code you can export as an order description.
- Invoicing — invoicing-related fields
- Shipping — shipping address and details
- Details — additional order detail fields
- Handyman-specific fields — any Handyman-specific data configured on the order
