What does the Hours summary screen show?
The Hours summary shows all hours you have logged within the selected date range. Two buttons appear at the top: one to email the report, and one to change the date filter. By default the summary shows your own hours.
How do I filter by date?
Tap the filter button at the top of the screen. A picker opens with these options:
- This week — Monday to Sunday of the current week
- Last week — The previous calendar week
- This month — Current calendar month
- Last month — Previous calendar month
- This year — Since 1 January of the current year
- Custom period — Define your own start and end date
The screen updates immediately after you select a filter. The active date range appears at the top of the summary.
How do I view hours for other participants?
If you are the official in charge on an order, the filter screen includes a user picker showing all participants on that order. Select a participant to view their logged hours for the current date filter. This lets you review team progress from your mobile device.
How do I email the summary?
Tap the email button at the top of the screen. Your device's default email app opens with the summary pre-filled as an attachment or table. Add recipients and any comments, then send. The office receives the hours data in a readable format.
