To transfer a supplier along with associated prices to Handyman, a supplier price list must be created for each supplier.
A price list is linked to trade groups in Handyman, which allows you to control which products different users can use for order registration.
Create the Supplier Price List
The price list is created under the inventory menu. Give it an ID and a Name.
Add Items to the Price List
Add items to the price list in the same way as shown here.
Link the Price List to the Supplier
When the price list is ready, it must be linked to the supplier so that the supplier and price list will be sent to Handyman.
Find the supplier under the "Creditor" menu and go into the details. Here you select the price list you want to link to the supplier.
The transfer of the supplier to Handyman happens automatically. The price list is transferred the next night, or manually.
